🌷 Coming Spring 2026 — The Little Lens Explorers Photography Course!
Get ready for a six-week creative journey where kids discover how to express themselves through the art of digital photography. The Little Lens Explorers 6-week course expands on the fun and curiosity of our Mini-Module with new lessons, photo missions, and creative challenges that build confidence behind the lens.
Each week introduces a new focus area — from camera basics and framing to light, color, and storytelling — all taught in a playful, age-appropriate way. Students will explore real-world subjects, build a mini photo portfolio, and celebrate their growth at our end-of-course Show & Celebrate Gallery Showcase.
By the end of the program, your child will:
📸 Understand how their camera “sees” the world
🌈 Use light, color, and framing to create beautiful images
💬 Tell stories through photos that reflect their imagination
🎓 Earn their official Little Lens Explorers Certificate

Explore the Art of Seeing
We'll begin with engaging lessons, interactive videos, and creative challenges designed to sharpen eyes and minds.
Students learn:
- How light, color, and framing work
- Storytelling through images
- How to spot beauty in the everyday
(Bonus: Lessons are age-appropriate and aligned with STEAM standards.)

Put Vision into Action
Now students get their turn to capture the world around them!
Using a basic camera (you can purchase here), students:

- Try guided photo prompts
- Experiment with angles, colors, and light
- Use their imagination to express how they see the world
(Safe photography practices are built in!)
SHARE
Celebrate & Connect
Students upload their best work to the “Showcase Gallery” (with parental guidance).
They can:
- Enter themed challenges (like “Tiny Worlds” or “Color Hunt”)
- See what others are creating on the class community board, to help and learn from others.
- Earn digital badges and feedback from peers
A supportive space to shine, reflect, and grow!
